LEGAL NOTICE

This Legal Notice aims to establish the general legal information related to the platform https://trivityapp.com/ (hereinafter, the “Platform”) and the identification of its holder. Access to and use of the services and functionalities offered through the Platform are regulated by the Terms and Conditions of use, available at https://wecamp.net/terminos-y-condiciones-de-proveedores, whose acceptance is an essential requirement for using the Platform. 

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

For the purposes of Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that the owner of the Platform, and all its dependent subdomains and sections, is WeCamp Future, S.L. (hereinafter, “We Camp”), with its registered office at Avda. Diagonal 640, 5º E, 08017, Barcelona, with CIF B67520064, and registered in the Mercantile Registry, with registration number Volume 47101, Page 74, Sheet number B-541136, on March 9, 2020.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

We Camp is committed to complying with the current regulations regarding the protection of personal data, particularly Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter, "GDPR"), as well as the applicable national legislation.
