The processing of the data of the persons who make a query via WhatsApp of WECAMP will be governed by this section, as well as those conditions of use, privacy policies and access regulations that belong to the application that apply in each case and which have been previously accepted by the user.

Diagonal 640, 5º E, 08017, Barcelona and with VAT number B67520064.  is registered in the Mercantile Register of Barcelona, Volume: 47101, Folio 74, Page number B-541136, which will collect and process the personal data you provide through this App as the company responsible for the processing of this data, as it is the company that commercially and administratively manages all WECAMP Campsites.

In addition, the company that owns the campsite or campsites where you are staying will act as the data controller of your data.

Hereinafter referred to individually or collectively in this document as WECAMP.

WECAMP has taken the necessary technical and organisational measures to comply with data protection regulations in relation to the personal data it processes.

2- WHAT KIND OF PERSONAL DATA WE PICK UP AND WE TREAT IN THE APP AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE? LEGITIMACY

The data we collect, how we collect it and the purpose of the processing is as follows:

 

  1. Register on the App

 

  • Required data: name, surname, email and date of birth.

  • Purpose: to register with the App in order to access its services and content. The date of birth is requested in order to verify that the user is of legal age. In the event that the user gives their express consent, their image may be recorded during their participation in the guided activities or experiences offered by WECAMP.

  • Legitimation: Registration data: consent of the user when registering voluntarily in the App. Subsequently the execution of the contractual relationship between the customer and WECAMP.

 

  1. Make a reservation at any of the WECAMP Campsites

  • Required data: name and surname, telephone, address, ID or passport number, credit card details, dates and chosen WECAMP campsite.

  • Purpose: to carry out the management of the reservation. 

  • Legitimation: Consent of the data subject and contractual relationship.

 

  1. Register a child or other members of the family unit.

  • Required data: name and date of birth

  • Purpose: To link the child or member of the family unit with the client and enable them to participate in the activities and experiences offered by WECAMP 

  • Legitimation: Consent of the data subject and contractual relationship.

 

  1. Carry out the registration incoming (check in)

        Once the customer has made a reservation, he/she can make a check in prior to your arrival via the App to speed up the check in entrance fee on arrival at the campsite.

  1. Sign up for any of the activities and experiences offered on the WECAMP App

Once the client is at the campsite he/she can register to participate in any of our experiences and activities.

  • Required data: name and surname. image record during the activities or experiences. 

  • Purpose: registration and management of activities and experiences.

  • Legitimation: Express consent of the data subject.

Our guided activities and experiences may be filmed for recording purposes or for subsequent publication for promotional purposes. When you register on the App we will ask for your express consent to be filmed and therefore to treat your image when you participate in any activity or experience during your stay at the Camping. We will also ask for your consent for the registration and treatment of the image of the dependent minors that you register in the App.

In any case, before we do any filming or photography in which you may appear, the person in charge of the activity or experience will expressly ask if anyone present does not wish to be filmed. Persons who do not wish to be filmed should simply withdraw from the angle of the filming or photography, or it will be an expression of their non-consent. Failure to withdraw will be an expression of your express consent to be filmed/photographed for the purposes stated.

3- CONSERVATION PERIOD How long will we keep your data for?

The personal data you provide through the App will be retained for as long as necessary to manage the services requested by our clients or for the fulfilment of any contract between WECAMP and third parties. Once the data has fulfilled the needs for which it was collected, we will delete it permanently. However, we will retain your data for a longer period of time if this is necessary in order to comply with legal obligations. It may also be necessary to keep your data for as long as it is necessary for the statute of limitations for any legal liabilities that may arise.

Your App registration data will be retained until you unsubscribe from the App.

4- TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED?

 

Within our organisation, your personal data will be processed by duly authorised personnel and, if necessary or practical to fulfil the purposes set out above, may be processed by ​​by third parties.

 

The categories of recipients to whom your personal data may be communicated from the companies owning the campsites listed in the first section or from WECAMP FUTURE, SL are those provided for in the Privacy Policy published on our website. 5- WHATSAPP

 

The processing of the data of the persons who make a query through WECAMP's WhatsApp will be governed by this section, as well as by those conditions of use, privacy policies and access regulations that belong to the application that apply in each case and which have been previously accepted by the user. WECAMP will process your data for the purpose of correctly managing your query, as well as any other purpose of the administrative management of the service. It is forbidden to use WECAMP's WhatsApp to send content that is not necessary for answering the query and that is unlawful under national or international regulations that violate the fundamental rights of individuals and in general contravene the principles of legality, honesty, responsibility, protection of private life, consumer protection and intellectual and industrial property rights.

 

The fact that you provide us with your mobile phone number when making a reservation or when checking in implies that you are consenting to us contacting you via the WhatsApp messaging service. Similarly, if you give us your consent, we will use this medium to send you commercial communications that may be of interest to you. 

 

6-EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

 

The App User has the right to exercise the rights granted to them by current data protection regulations, such as access, rectification and deletion of data, among others.

7-LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

 

This privacy policy is governed in each and every respect by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

 

It is also governed by Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights. Likewise, our App is governed by Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce.

 

Users of this App are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction, to which they expressly submit, and the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction for the resolution of all conflicts arising from or related to its use.
